Do you provide quality test reports?
Yes - all fabrics are inspected before shipment. Available reports:
• Physical tests (weight, tear, tensile, abrasion)
• Color fastness (AATCC / ISO standards)
• Chemical tests (OEKO-TEX, REACH, CPSIA)
• Functional tests (waterproof / flame-retardant / UV)
Third-party reports available on request (SGS / ITS / CTTC).
How do you handle quality issues?
If quality issues are found, please provide photos and batch number within 7 days of receipt.
Upon confirmation, we cover return / replacement shipping and compensate in the next batch or subsequent order.
Retained samples are archived for traceability.
Can we visit your factory?
Factory visits are welcome! We are located in Cizao Town, Jinjiang, Fujian - about 1 hour from Xiamen Airport.
Please schedule in advance so we can prepare a reception and product walkthrough.
On-site sampling, selection and negotiation available during your visit.
