Yes. Share end-use, performance requirements (e.g. breathability, waterproof, stretch, abrasion), hand-feel reference and target price. We will propose construction options and a sampling plan.
Development fee depends on complexity and is fully deductible upon bulk order.
Do you offer free samples?
Yes - free fabric samples (A4 size), buyer pays shipping.

Do you provide quality test reports?
Yes - all fabrics are inspected before shipment. Available reports:
• Physical tests (weight, tear, tensile, abrasion)
• Color fastness (AATCC / ISO standards)
• Chemical tests (OEKO-TEX, REACH, CPSIA)
• Functional tests (waterproof / flame-retardant / UV)
Third-party reports available on request (SGS / ITS / CTTC).

Pricing depends on composition, weight, width, finishing and order volume.
Standard polyester fabrics: approx. USD 2-5/m; blended fabrics: USD 4-8/m; functional fabrics: USD 6-14/m.

Do you offer FOB / CIF or EXW terms?
All available. Common Incoterms:
• FOB Xiamen / Quanzhou port
• CIF destination port
• EXW ex-works
• DAP / DDP negotiable
Tell us your preference and destination port and we will include freight in the quote.
How do you handle quality issues?
If quality issues are found, please provide photos and batch number within 7 days of receipt.
Upon confirmation, we cover return / replacement shipping and compensate in the next batch or subsequent order.
Retained samples are archived for traceability.

Which port do you ship from?
Mainly from Xiamen port; Quanzhou port also available.
Domestic orders ship by freight to all regions; Fujian province by dedicated truck.
Air freight via Xiamen Gaoqi Airport for samples or rush items.
Can we visit your factory?
Factory visits are welcome! We are located in Cizao Town, Jinjiang, Fujian - about 1 hour from Xiamen Airport.
Please schedule in advance so we can prepare a reception and product walkthrough.
On-site sampling, selection and negotiation available during your visit.
